Low Voltage 3 Core Xlpe Insulated Cable

Cross-linked polyethylene insulated PVC sheathed power cable with excellent thermo-mechanical properties, excellent electrical properties and chemical resistance. It also has the advantages of simple structure, light weight and no drop limit. It is a new type of cable widely used in city power grids, mines and factories. The maximum rated working temperature of the cross-linked polyethylene insulated power cable conductor is 90°C, which is higher than that of PVC insulated and polyethylene insulated cables, further increasing the cable's load capacity.

1. Operating Features:

The maximum conductor operating temperature: 90°C


During short circuit (lasting less than 5 seconds) the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not be above 250°C
Environment temperature should be no lower than 0°C for laying the cable.

2. Bending Radius of the Cable:

Single Core Cable: Non Armored Cable 20D, Armored Cable 15D.


Cores Cable: Non Armored Cable 15D, Armored Cable 12D.

Usage: The product is suitable for use in power distribution lines or fixed installations with rated power- frequency voltage up to and including 1Kv, AC 50Hz.
